TWRL Aerial Fitness Studio is Baton Rouge’s premier pole, aerial, and bungee fitness studio. Babs Spano – founder of TWRL – opened the studio to provide alternative fitness options that are fun, exciting, and effective. TWRL is founded on the belief that women can get get fit, have fun, and feel sexy all at the same time.

Pole parties are a great way for a group of ladies to celebrate any occasion! The party includes studio rental and pole dance instruction! During the party you will learn a variety of pole moves and spins along with some sexy dancing and floor work! Not for you? That’s okay! Plenty of people enjoy a more fitness based party where they focus on pole fundamentals with spins and moving gracefully around the pole.  They cater to your own personal style.
