Please let us know if none of these packages completely meets your needs, and we’ll be more than happy to work with you to create one that will! We are also willing to provide hourly services if you just need help with certain things, so just ask!

Package 1 – Vendor Referrals – $200

We will put together a personalized package of several recommended vendors for all categories you’re interested in, such as venues, photography, bakery, dj, florist, etc.

Package 2 – The Big Day – $650

Includes a detailed consultation a few weeks before the wedding so we can understand what you want your Big Day to entail & what you’ve already coordinated with your vendors. We will give the vendors reminders 1 week out & 1 day before the wedding, and we will organize & facilitate the flow of the ceremony in both the rehearsal walk-through and the ceremony itself. We will create a detailed itinerary, help with decorating, take-down, delivery of gifts, and returning the rentals. This package is great for brides who want to do all the major planning but need help pulling it all together in the final stretch.

Package 3 – Full Vendor Service – $900

Builds on Package 1 but one of us will also attend vendor meetings if desired, help book your preferred vendors, communicate your preferences, negotiate pricing, and give reminders 1 week out & 1 day before your wedding. This is great for brides who need help with the big picture & business aspects but feel like they have the creativity aspects under control.

Package 4 – Full Vendor Service + The Big Day – $1250

Just what it sounds like – a combination of everything included in Packages 2 & 3. The most help is provided when the bride needs it the most, the beginning and end. This is great for a bride who wants help with the most crucial parts but is up for doing some things on her own.

Package 5 – It’s All in the Details – Contact Us For a Custom Quote

This package is fully customizable & can include most anything & everything!

- Budget development & tracking

- Vendor meetings, negotiations, booking, & confirmations

- Assistance designing centerpieces, decor, favors as desired

- Assistance selecting music, menu, etc as desired

- Assistance selecting or designing all printed materials

- Assistance tracking RSVPs

- Assistance with accommodations & welcome bags for out-of-town guests

- Creating itineraries, maps, & vendor contact sheets

- On-site assistance with rehearsal, ceremony, & reception

- Gift transportation and returning rentals

- And more! as agreed upon
