N-joy! recently had the pleasure of helping a bride put together a fabulous wedding just a few minutes away from Baton Rouge in St. Francisville, LA.  Today’s post is Part 1 of Heather’s wedding…the Rehearsal Dinner!

The dinner was held at a friend’s office in the downtown area.  Tables and a bar were set up outside under the moonlight and the shade of some beautiful trees.  The decor was simple, but modern and striking.  We submerged orange Calla Lilies inside clear vases and a floated candle topped off the arrangement.

The dinner took place at night, so we scattered tea light candles on the tables for more lighting.

The food, provided by PresStone’s Catering, was absolutely delicious! The menu included Caesar Salad topped with Parmesan cheese and crispy croutons,

a bowl of sausage and chicken gumbo,

a choice of fish or steak, creamy mashed potatoes, and seasoned veggies.  Dessert was a delicious bananas foster!  Guests had a great time and enjoyed their lovely meal and drinks!
