Wedding: Alissa & Justin Posted in Other on December 06, 2013 by N-Joy Events Alissa & Justin were a breeze to work with. The couple had a gorgeous March wedding at the Old State Capitol in Baton Rouge. Alissa wore a pretty strapless gown with a jewel encrusted sweetheart neckline. Springy white and blue hydrangeas filled her bouquet. The bridesmaids wore long strikingly blue strapless gowns. The couple was married in a beautiful ceremony at the Old State Capitol. The guests then moved across the hall to the reception. The stained glass windows always steal the show, but the decor was lovely as well. Trinity Flowers created pearl-filled centerpieces topped with purple and blue flowers. Ivory satin linens with brown overlays, provided by N-joy Events, covered the tables. The cakes, both by Ambrosia Bakery, reflected the bride’s style as well as the groom’s allegiance to LSU. Guests signed their untraditional guest book by writing encouraging notes on the back of tags hung on branches. Later in the reception, the bride changed into an adorable short sequined dress so she could bust a few moves with her guests. Alissa and Justin were sent off with gold and white streamers with bells attached.
